Build A Shoe – Custom-Made Sneakers

Every Build A Shoe sneaker is made to order and created especially for you. Because your sneakers are custom-made, they require time for production before they are shipped.

Production time: approximately 30–35 days from the time your order is confirmed.

Once your sneakers are ready to ship, the following delivery times apply:

• Denmark: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 3–10 business days

• International: 3–10 business days

During sales, holidays and periods of high demand, production and delivery times may be longer. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will contact you with an updated expected delivery date.

Ready-Made Sneakers & Other Products

For ready-made sneakers, accessories and other non-custom products, our standard shipping and return terms apply.

These products are normally shipped within 2–5 business days in Denmark and 3–10 business days internationally, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Ready-made products are covered by our standard right of return, provided that the product meets the conditions described in our Return Policy.

Free shipping: Europe, Norway & Switzerland on orders over €155

Denmark: €5.50 / 40 DKK

Europe: €16

Switzerland & Norway: €25

Hungary: €28

Greenland & Faroe Islands: €60

USA & Canada: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply.

USA Orders

For US orders, the shipping cost includes customs fees. This means there should be no additional customs fees upon delivery.

Returns

Build A Shoe – Custom-Made Orders

Because Build A Shoe sneakers are custom-made specifically according to your design, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

The same applies to other made-to-order and personalized products, unless the product is faulty or does not correspond to your order.

Ready-Made Sneakers & Other Products

For ready-made sneakers, accessories and other standard products, our normal return policy applies.

You have the right to return eligible products within the applicable return period, provided that the products meet our return conditions.

Returns are paid by the customer, but we offer a return label service to make the process easier.

Return Label Service

You can purchase a return label through our return portal.

Return costs:

• Denmark: €5.50

• Europe: €16

• Switzerland & Norway: €25

Please note that we currently only offer this return label service to customers in the countries listed above.

Property & Risk

All items purchased from us remain our property until payment has been completed and the goods have been delivered.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order has been delivered.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the shipment and the risk remains with the customer until we have received the returned goods.

Transportation Damage

We are responsible for the goods while they are being transported to you.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you.

For returned products, the customer is responsible for the shipment until it has been received by us.
